Yoga
Over several years, I have found that
doing yoga has been the best way to keep myself relaxed
and productive. When I was 17 years old, I was diagnosed
with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other
related immune and health problems. I struggled with
this disorder, trying to find something that could help
me in any way.
When I was 18, I took a Yoga class
at a community college and fell in love with it. Eight
years later, I am still practicing Yoga, and it has
not only helped me deal with the symptoms of PTSD, but
has also helped me remain productive enough to achieve
my goals.
